Week Three Weigh in

I expected so much more from this weeks weigh in. I eat completely healthy, drank more than 2 liters of water daily and exercised 3 days this week but because of some wonderful bloggers out there I have a positive outlook on this lifestyle still.

It is so easy to become discouraged....I want to see all the extra weight I am carrying gone.....NOW.....but it doesn't work that way I know. Thank you to those bloggers that see the good in baby steps and share it on your blog you helped me over this hurdle last night and I am 'happy' to report this morning I lost 1.4lbs this week. I am officially in 'onderland' and never to see a dreaded 2 at the beginning of my weight again.

To date I have lost 9.2lbs in 3 weeks.
I have also lost 2 inches off my waist, my hips and my bust. Total inches lost is 6.
I am pleased with all this and need to remind myself I am doing this one last time so I want to do it right.


  1. I believe it's week two or three on the Biggest Loser that they have the lowest weight loss every season since they have begun. If Biggest Loser struggles with that week, we should expect too. I don't know if that helps but I thought I would share. Although 1.4lbs is still great!

I know it's hard to keep going when you aren't getting the results you want or think you deserve but in the end you will and your girls will be so proud of you and will know that they can do anything. I too am doing this for my daughter so she'll know you can do anything you set your mind to! Keep up the amazing work. I'm routeting for you!
