Weekly Weigh In

This past week has been good and bad for eating...a few good days followed by a couple of bad days and then finally another good day! Hopefully my streaks of good will start to out weigh the bad...no pun intended!!!

I got in two workouts (Tuesday and Thursday) only but I am good with that...two is better then none!

I only lost 1 pound this week...down anything is good at this point!

  4. Hi sweets!!!! I had pulled my blog for awhile to be honest.. lol! I didn't know what to do, and so I thought I would just pull it until I had something to say, you know?
    Thankyou for finding me, lovie...
    I had also shut down my FAcebook account for awhile... I completely deleted everything so I couldn't sneak back. lol! I knew myself, and I knew that I would sneak back.

  6. Way to go with the weight loss. I am in agreement with the comment you left on my blog yesterday. I have been fighting clean eating but today is day 3 so say a prayer for me. Hope your day is blessed beyond measure!!
