Camp Day

I have the van packed and we are ready to go to camp!
It should bring with it a lot of physical activity and outside adventures, the camp is based in a hilly area and as camps go things are a bit of a distance apart. So there will be a lot of walking to and from activities. I am also planning on organizing a couple of ladies morning runs...just to keep me motivated!

Going to camp means I have no control over what food is being made or how it will be cooked but my plan is to eat portioned amounts of what ever is served and fill up as much as I can on the fruit and vegetable part of each meal. I have been to this camp before and they cook fabulous food with a dessert at both lunch and supper. Yikes!!!

Have a great week fellow bloggers! and see you next weekend!

  1. You're probably gone, but have a great time!

I'll never forget going to an overnight ladies' retreat at a camp and seeing our pastor's wife out there early returning from her morning walk/hike. I was like, "Wow, she's dedicated." That will be you now. :)

I appreciate your encouragement this morning. I am keeping prayer in my arsenal and I know God will help me.

    Talk to you soon!

  2. Our Bible camp is always the BANE of my good eating experience! :P But it doesn't have to be that way for you!!! Hope you have a WONDERFUL time!!! Thanks for joining me in this little challenge! :)

  3. Hope you had a great week and you were able to stick with your plan!
